EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

Once we receive your withdrawal request, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items.
