No-Return Policy

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

  • ATTENTION! If Items are restocked, there is a 50% fee of the sale price.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at: cozyclothhaven@cozyclothhaven.com

Once we receive your withdrawal request, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our comfort clothing and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
  • This policy applies to all items, including apparel, bundles, and promotional products.

  • Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Cozy Cloth Haven LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for returning the goods promptly. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise.
